1.What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. You can also pay with Google Pay, Apple pay or Paypal.You can find icon listed on the bottom of the page.
2.Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?
Sure! Your safety and confidence is a priority. We use industry standard encryption and password protection technologies with SSL (Secure Socket Layer).
3.Do I need to create an account to place the order?
Orders can be placed without creating an account. Of course we suggest you create an account. You can enjoy a better shopping experience. We also send updates to our customers via our email newsletter.
4.How do I change or cancel an order?
We know how important your order is, so we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.
- Orders canceled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.
- Orders canceled beyond 24 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of full shipping cost and 60% of the product purchase price.
- Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
While we cannot cancel or change an order once it has been placed you are welcome to return the item to us in accordance with our Returns Policy.

1.Do you offer Free shipping?
Yes! All our packages are free shipping.
Please note: we don't refund shipping for returns. If an order received free shipping and a return is requested (not related to a defective product or mistake by us), the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from the refund.
2.How much does shipping cost?
All our packages are free shipping, if you need faster shipping service, please get in touch with our customer service team in advance.
3.When will my order ship?
We will ship your order within 10-15 business days. Please note that during the busy holiday season, shipment may take additional days due to the quantity of orders being processed. If you would like an update on the status of your package, are on a deadline, or need special consideration and processing, please contact us:service@homwarmy.com.
4.How long will it take to get to me?
This can be found in our shipping policy. The delivery time varies according to shipping method, shortage of products or peak seasons. We are here to help if you have concerns about shipping and delivery time.
5.How can I change the delivery address of my order?
If you need to change the address, you'll need to act fast. We can change it with no additional cost, if you contact us before we ship out your order. Once the ordered shipped out, we are unable to change the shipping address.
6.Do you ship internationally?
We only ship to most of regions of US. Specific information can be found in Shipping Information.

1.Where can I find detailed information about the products I'm interested in?
You can find complete product specifications on each product's listing page, including measurements, materials, and even customer reviews. If you have any questions that aren't answered on the product page, please Contact Us, and we'd be happy to help.
2.Are there installation Instructions?
Some of products have specific installation video. If you don’t know how to install the lights, you can contact our customer service service@homwarmy.com or find installation Instructions online yourself.
3.Are bulbs included with the light fixture?
Bulbs are not included unless noted.
4.What’s the wattage of the bulb?
It depends what bulb you bought. The product which includes bulbs will be noted with max wattage.
5.Are there variations among products?
While every effort has been made to portray items accurately, slight variations may occur. All measurements quoted are approximate and color’s reproduction is as accurate as photographic processes or a printed material allow. Please, note there may be color variations depending on the calibration and screen’s setting. As every of our product is hand-crafted, the possibility of slight variations in assembly and finishes may exist from one piece to another. The latter does in no way affect the quality, craftsmanship, aesthetic or function of the piece.

2.What do I do if I have missed items in my order?
This very rarely happens. No matter receiving missed or wrong items, just contact our customer services team straight away and leave the rest to us.
3.What if I am not in when you deliver?
our carrier will endeavour to leave your delivery in a safe place or with a neighbour or other suitable person.
