Most items can be returned for a refund within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping fees apply, and the product must be in its original condition and packaging for acceptance. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept damaged or "change your mind" items after our 30-day returns period.

Cancellation Policy

  • Before 24 hours

Your order will be processed within 24 hours upon receipt. If you wish to cancel your order, kindly reach out to us at  within 6 hours of placing the order. A refund will be processed within 2 business days following the cancellation.

  • After 24 hours

A 20% restocking fee will be charged if cancellations are beyond the initial 24-hour period, which will be deducted from the total order cost.

Please be aware that if your products have already been shipped, cancellation may not be possible. Then follow the below return policy to issue a refund if possible.

Return Policy

Upon receiving your order, please follow these steps before installation or use:

  • Check the packaging for signs of damage.
  • Confirm that what you receive is what you ordered
  • Open the parcel and inspect it thoroughly.

    Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

    If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

    If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

    Please kindly contact us within 2 days and provide us with related photos. We will arrange a replacement after confirmation.

     We will not provide return service for the following non-merchant reasons:

     Wrong size: Our sizes and measurements are marked on the product pages, please follow the product description to purchase. If you don't understand, please contact our customer service.

    The color doesn't match: Due to the limitations of the technical conditions of photography, our products may have a little color difference, if you can't accept, please be careful to purchase.

    Buy more than you expected.

    No longer needed after you receive it.

    Don't like it due to personal reasons.

    Due to the incorrect delivery address or zip code you provided, the product can not be delivered in time.

    Other non-merchant reasons.

    Once we have agreed to your return, when your returned package arrives at our designated warehouse and is approved, the refund will be to the same payment method used for the purchase transaction within 10 business days.

    All return processes must be processed within 30 days of the receipt of your package and approved by us.

    In addition, we will need to deduct the initial shipping cost of your order from your refund.

    Please contact us within 14 days after you receive your package.

    Exchange Policy

    We offer an exchange service. If you want to exchange the product for personal reasons, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package and confirm the details of your exchange.

    After we agree to exchange your products, please send back the products you received in their original condition and the products must not affect our secondary sales.

    After your returned package arrives at our designated warehouse and the verification is completed, we will reship the items you want to exchange within 2 business days.

    Although we offer a free exchange service, you are responsible for all postage costs incurred in the return process.
