1.Shipping fee
All our packages are free shipping, if you need faster shipping service, please get in touch with our customer service team in advance.
2.Processing Time
Total Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time (+ any holidays)
Packages are shipped within 10-15 business days of your order.
Our orders are usually delivered within 6-8 weeks. During peak seasons and holidays, processing times may be slightly extended, but we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible.
3.Shipping Destinations
We exclusively ship to addresses within the United States. Your order can be shipped to any address (excluding PO boxes) in the contiguous United States, Alaska or Hawaii. Any states with delivery restrictions will be noted on each item’s product information page. You can contact us for information about shipping to your region or country. Our factories are in China and we will ship the package to you from the Chinese factory.
4.Shipping Methods:
We partner with proven carriers that offer insurance and tracking, including UPS, FedEx, USPS EMS, etc. All shipment times are shown in business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays). Shipping times are subject to each carrier's daily cut-off time and are dependent upon warehouse turnaround.
5.Order tracking
Please note that estimated shipping dates are subject to change. In the event there is an update to your shipping date, you will receive a email containing tracking number when your order starts shipping.Please contact our customer service(email: service@homwarmy.com) if you have problems with tracking.
6.Delivery Address:
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information. Homwarmy.com will not be held liable for any delays or misdelivery resulting from inaccurate or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
7.Undeliverable Packages:
In the event that a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or other issues, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
